I am a recognised authority in the field of leadership and contribute in various ways to the ongoing development of leadership. The world is changing at an incredible pace, and the expectations placed on today’s leaders and teams are vastly different from those of previous decades.
I do not believe there is a single leadership style for the future. Leadership is about sharing perspectives and engaging in meaningful conversations about what leadership means to us and what we believe is needed. I am particularly passionate about training and guiding future leaders—developing tomorrow’s leadership will make a lasting impact on individuals, teams, and organisations alike.
Keynote speaker
As a keynote speaker, I offer my audience a refreshing perspective on leadership. Drawing on themes from my book, ‘DNA of Leadership’, I deliver dynamic and engaging keynotes that often spark insightful discussions about different leadership perspectives and personal challenges.

As a moderator, I facilitate discussions between executives and senior leaders for organisations such as CIONET and NetworkC. By sharing experiences and exploring where viewpoints align or diverge, these conversations often lead to surprising insights. My approach is driven by curiosity and energy, ensuring thought-provoking discussions.

As a lecturer, I contribute to the development of tomorrow’s leaders. I design and deliver leadership programmes, both as part of public courses and within organisations. These programmes blend practical exercises with theoretical foundations—because leadership is not just something to understand but also to experience first-hand.
