This allows us to get to know each other and identify the key questions you seek coaching for. This forms the starting point of the coaching process, which we can refine as needed. We will also explore the boundaries between coaching, mentoring, and therapy in relation to your concerns. Additionally, we will assess whether any formal assessments could be beneficial. We then agree on practical matters such as the number of sessions and their location. I will provide a proposal, and once approved, we can begin. <\/p>\n
In my experience, a trajectory of 10\u201312 sessions works best, often combining in-depth, face-to-face meetings with shorter online follow-up sessions. Sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes, with an interval of three to four weeks between them. I ensure a suitable meeting space. During our sessions, we can discuss anything\u2014from deep-rooted thoughts to specific or recent workplace situations.
