A team coaching programme starts with an in-depth intake session, either with the team leader or the entire team. This session explores the purpose and objectives of the coaching, as well as the team\u2019s history and the context in which it operates. We also discuss the potential added value of team assessments to be included in the team coaching. <\/p>\n
Based on this, I develop a proposal outlining the number of sessions and practical arrangements, such as dates and location. A typical team coaching programme consists of three to four sessions, after which we evaluate the desire and added value for further sessions. Each of the sessions may include a variety of interventions, such as strengthening team connections, engaging in real-world scenarios to experiencing team dynamics, conducting in-depth discussions, and identifying concrete actions. Each session is reviewed and informs the agenda for the next session, ensuring the coaching process remains aligned with the team’s development. <\/p>\n

I also draw from my own experience as a member of management teams, executive boards, and supervisory boards. I have completed specialised team coaching training at institutions such as the \u2018Kets de Vries Institute\u2019 and \u2018INSEAD\u2019. I am certified in \u2018The Leadership Circle\u2019s Collective Leadership Assessment\u2019 and am a member of \u2018NOBCO\u2019, the Dutch Association of Professional Coaches. <\/p>\n
Most importantly, I offer teams my keen observations\u2014identifying what is said (or left unsaid), recognising non-verbal cues, and noticing small yet telling interactions between team members.
