How a single leader can completely transform a team and an organisation. My own development as a leader sometimes happened naturally, but has been also challenging and painful &#8211; especially with new teams or roles. Leadership goes beyond simply performing tasks; it is about who we want to be, what drives us, and what holds us back. These and many other questions are central to my work with leaders and their teams.
